Day-to-Day
The students of Actor’s Edges’ day begins at 9:00 with warmups and ensemble building work. After that, they will split off into their two “casts” each lead by a teaching artist to take their classes and rehearse their scenes and monologues for the final showcase. Throughout the two-week process students will also be working on writing their own artist’s statement, participating in a panel discussion with local actors and directors, and receiving headshots that can be used for audition purposes. Students take a lunch break in the middle of the day and head out for parent pick up at 4:00.
