BEWARE of ticket brokers or resellers!  There are many sites and people who sell overpriced, and in some cases, fraudulent tickets.  For the best seats, the best prices, and to eliminate the risk of counterfeit tickets, all purchases for Shea’s PAC engagements should be made through Sheas.org, Ticketmaster.com, or from Shea’s Box Office.

Please note that the resale of event tickets in New York is legal.  If you buy from a broker, keep the following in mind:

• We cannot issue a refund to you in case of an event cancellation.
• We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid, and therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.
• We cannot replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.
• We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other information.
• You may pay much more than the ticket’s face value.
• We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

Tickets purchased from other sources may be:

1. more expensive
2. invalid and/or
3. ineligible for assistance.

In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, Shea’s reserves the right to refuse to sell tickets to identified ticket brokers or sellers.  We also reserve the right to revoke any tickets purchased by identified ticket brokers or resellers.

Sheas.org, Ticketmaster.com, and Shea’s Box Office are the only fully authorized ticket sellers for events at Shea’s PAC. All others are third party sellers. Supporting third party businesses makes it difficult for true fans to see their favorite performers or shows without paying a premium charge they cannot afford. Shea’s will not be held responsible for or provide exchange or refund services for tickets purchased through third party sellers.
