Street Parking is free in the city on weekends and after 5:00 PM on weekdays, but availability is limited. As a reminder, street parking is also free on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Patrons are encouraged to leave non-essential items and large purses and bags at home or safely secured in a vehicle. Please ensure you lock your vehicle and keep valuables, bags, and purses out of view.

Shea's central location in the Theatre District makes it easy to reach by Metro Bus. Ride any of the following routes to get here: 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 16, 20, 24, 66, 74, 76.
Please use 439 Pearl Street as the ride-share address for your pick-up and drop-off location needs at Shea’s Buffalo Theatre.
Ride the Metro Rail along Main Street to Fountain Plaza Station, which is located just one block south of Shea's. If you prefer to park and ride, leave your car at UB South and ride the rail from there.
